From the moment we arrived, the concierge team took care of our luggage even before we got out of the taxi. So prompt! We were escorted in, given warm towels and a refreshing drink while we waited for check in. You instantly feel more relaxed after a long trip. We were checked in by Taimoor who provided an exceptional service to us, helped us check in a lot earlier and was a real pleasure to deal with overall. We were so grateful to him for sorting us out so quickly. The hotel itself is stunning. The pool area, the private beach and the facilities are fantastic. The shielded Bay Area is perfect for swimming. The beach is so clean and there are no stones or shells which makes it great for swimming in the ocean. Comfortable lounges by the pool and the beach. The team working there are proactive with getting you a lounge, helping with towels and making sure you are well taken care of. The room is large, comfortable, new and beautifully appointed. We had the ocean view room and it is well worth it. The water, coffee and tea, milk, honey and other things provided in the room are great. Massive shower and a separate bath, great size balcony, all wonderful. We were so grateful for the housekeeping team. Especially Rukshan who looked after us did an outstanding job every day and we were so impressed, even making a towel elephant and towel swans for us. Even though we only stayed for 4 nights, the sheets were changed in our room midway through the stay. I also want to mention Imrana, the housekeeping manager who checked in with us to make sure we were happy and everything was done to our liking. I travel a lot and I have to say this hotel has the best housekeeping standards and the best team. They really went above and beyond. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Wide selection and the dishes varied day to day. We didn’t have an all inclusive options so don’t know what that’s like.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that made us feel super special. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and beautifully landscaped grounds. Our room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities you could ask for. The attention to detail in both the design and comfort was outstanding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the serene atmosphere that allowed us to truly unwind. The food was great and maybe just maybe would have asked for a bit more variety but the fact that they provide you with customized omelets every morning simply makes up for it. The beach and the pool are simply outstanding! Overall, our stay at Ajman Saray was nothing short of magnificent. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful escape. We will certainly be returning in the future!

The pool area was excellent with a family pool, adult pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, and a great pool bar. Big thanks to the lifeguards, especially Daniel, and the friendly pool staff. The beach was soft, sandy, and clean, with plenty of space to relax. But the highlight was definitely the food — delicious every day! Huge thanks to Nenad for his amazing service, Chef Shamal for tailoring meals to our family’s needs (especially for the kids), and Tsega, who made our parents’ anniversary extra special. Also loved Mejana Restaurant — top-notch food and service! Cons: Nothing at all — everything was perfect!

It gave us the opportunity to try different outlets, offering a great variety of dining choices. The food at every outlet was exceptional! The staff made our experience even more special—they were incredibly friendly, took the time to chat with us, and even remembered our names. A special shoutout to Chef Royston, who was extremely helpful and made sure we had a fantastic dining experience. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. From the service to the food to the overall atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Management of the hotel is perfectly set – all services, staffs are working as one mechanism, starting from the reception and concierge to the beach attendants. All our inquires were responded super fast and friendly. Thanks to Vista restaurant – to the chef and to the staffs (Hala, Seema, Tsega, Lindo, Noel, Ibrahim, Nedad) and Vista bar (Lhezard is a master of cocktails) for their amazing professionalism, care, attention to details, responsiveness. Beach attendant Haris is super attentive and caring, he contributed to making our stay restful. We stayed at room 215, and we every enjoyed care and attention of the cleaning room service.
